BMDeals provides a private business workspace for managing Meta asset inventory, orders, customers, suppliers, expenses, and performance. This policy explains the information the service uses to operate your account.

Information you provide

We process account information such as your name, business name, email address, and authentication credentials. Inside your workspace, you may add product, sale, customer, supplier, expense, advance-payment, invoice, and store-connection information.

How information is used

Your information is used to authenticate you, create and secure your workspace, deliver requested features, calculate reports, generate invoices, synchronize supported store orders, and maintain service reliability.

Workspace separation

Business records are associated with an account owner and store. Database access controls are used so authenticated users can access only records belonging to their own account and stores.

Service providers

BMDeals relies on infrastructure and authentication providers to host the application, store data, and send secure account emails. These providers process information only as required to provide their services.

Your choices

You may update business records inside the product. To request account access, correction, export, or deletion assistance, contact the BMDeals operator through the support channel provided with your account.

Security

BMDeals uses authenticated sessions, encrypted connections, owner-scoped access rules, and server-side controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so account credentials should be kept private.

Changes

This policy may be updated as BMDeals develops. Material changes will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page.
