These terms govern access to BMDeals, a sales-intelligence and operations workspace for Meta asset businesses. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate signup information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Each person should use their own authorized account.

Acceptable use

You may use BMDeals to manage legitimate business records and supported store integrations. You must not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious content.

Your business data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter or synchronize. You confirm that you have the right to process that information and instruct BMDeals to use it to provide the requested workspace features.

Financial information

Reports, margins, profit calculations, and analytics are operational aids based on the records you provide. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice and should be reviewed before business decisions are made.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, added, or changed as the service develops. BMDeals aims to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension

Access may be limited when necessary to protect the service, other users, or data, or when these terms are materially violated.
